What To Expect

Plantation Adventure Center

The scenic cruise is our one-hour dry tour of beautiful Kings Bay. You will cruise through the beautiful bay looking for wildlife while the captain points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there is always the chance of seeing manatees, but it can never be guaranteed. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our tour boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every tour is unique!

I have taken narrated tours all over the world and these tour guides, by far, were the best of the best! From their ecological knowledge to their passion for their community and land, from their perfectly balanced sense of humor (looking for needlefish) to the way they engaged the guests and little guests, it was amazing. I loved how they love the manatees by giving them the most human of traits and making us laugh and love! If you are looking to spend the best hour of your time here in Crystal River, book this tour! I can't wait to do it again with more friends. Breathtaking, Inspiring (and with laughter baked right in!)
