This tour was unfortunately quite disorganized and lacked the polish you'd expect from a professional experience. It felt as though the guide was new to the job, struggling with the details and frequently hesitating with 'umms' and 'ahhs' during the storytelling. At times, she shared information that other attendees had to fact-check, which affected the overall flow and credibility of the tour.
