Our tour began an hour before sunset and we were not disappointed! Sergio, our pilot, is a very pleasant, professional, and calming individual capable, I think, of putting any passenger at ease. The tour provided a wonderful aerial overview of the coastline of Miami Beach and points south, including beaches, small embayments, and contrasting the natural beauty of Key Biscayne in with the proximal opulence of Fisher Island. The views of the Miami and Miami Beach Skylines were fantastic, especially with the backdrop of a setting sun. Whether you call Miami home, or are just visiting, we highly recommend checking out the aerial tours offered by Eagle Air Tours.

Trip was canceled I want a refund You should have called me and told me you were going to cancel. I spent $90 on a Uber to go there to be told “sorry” Horrible experience Cancellation is understandable but not notifying me ahead of time and making me come there as well as no refund NOT ACCEPTABLE I notified American Express to dispute this charge

Experience was amazing however the cider was absolutely terrible. It’s not expensive to buy a nice bottle of wine.
