Company double booked flight, delay in excursion. Pilot was nice enough, served juice not wine which was disappointing.

It was a great experience, totally worth it. The only thing was that it lasted less than expected (40mins) and the champagne part was actually cider, but the experience was great, Miami looks amazing from above

Hello Elizabith, thank you so much for your feedback however the trip time gets reduced accordingly if the customer have shown up less than 30min prior to the departure time, as for the champagne it’s a non alcoholic as it is advertised in the details section.
