There was a little confusion about who the driver would be, but Bill was there where he said he would be. He helped my mobility challenged friend and was very kind and patient. He pointed out interesting landmarks on the way to the hot.

Even though my confirmation stated i wanted to be picked up on Saturday they somehow had me down as being picked up Sunday (which i only found out after they texted me sunday saying they were waiting at the pick up area). My family was then stranded with no way to our hotel and had to call a different company because the #'s provided in my email were out of the US. The only positive I can day is I was given a refund quickly and they apologized for the mix up.
