probably submitted the wrong commments on the departure - as I put the arrival comments so now I will tell you about the departure. Same gentlemen picked us up although he was 20 mins late but we did change the time and had plenty of time to get there. He was very nice, asked about our experiences and was genuine. Great car and nice man.

Helpful and ease for a family flying in from overseas with lots of luggage! Notify them of odd pieces like golf clubs. Very silent driver that could have been more welcoming.
