Our Driver, Errabti MBarek, is excellent! My wish is for all passengers to have the opportunity to meet him. His attention to our transportation needs highly exceeded our expectations and his pleasant, efficient and focused management of our luggage and travel from the New Jersey airport to the cruise line terminal was to be commended. He is all business and yet so personable as he drives through the melee of traffic, merging effortlessly and bringing us door to door. We were so happy to have him for both the arrival and again at the end of our trip to return us quickly and safely back on our journey home. Highest recommendation for this company based upon his excellence and professionalism, with a warmth and consideration of all his passengers needs.

Our driver was so thoughtful to let us know when he was the way and also let us know when he arrived to the cruise port. He asked where we would be waiting and quickly loaded our luggage and we were on our way. We appreciated his professionalism and helpfulness.

You canceled our transportation, that made for a very frustrating time. We had grandchildren with us and being in New York was not the place to be to try to find a ride!
