Driver maintained contact with us as we arrived and transmitted through customs. Clear instructions for meeting point. Our driver was very friendly, providing highlights along the journey to our hotel. When you feel a little nervous about a service you haven’t used before, this was perfect. Definitely recommend and would use again.

We disembarked our ship and were outside waiting for our transfer to Manhatten at least 10-15 minutes before the time we had agreed for the pickup - two hours later we were still waiting!! We had tried several times (using a strangers mobile - as ours didn't work overseas) to contact the company without success after two and a half hours in the freezing cold with my mother (75), aunts (85 & 79) and uncle (79) we finally got through to be advised that the driver had been there and had waited for 45 minutes before leaving - well we had spoken to every driver that turned up to check to see if they were our driver without success - my only conclusion is that they had lied and hadn't turned up. Viatour did give a refund but we had to rearrange another taxi (which cost double of what we paid) to get us to our hotel.
