Awesome!!! The driver was on time but the ship was delayed. We kept in touch by phone and he waited with inky minutes to spare before his next pick up.We were so appreciative of the service by the company and the driver. Thank you so much!

Very good service. Driver notified me that he would be 15 minutes late due to rain and morning rush hour traffic, and we stayed in touch until his arrival. He was polite and helpful and was a careful driver. Heavy traffic caused the normal hour trip to take 90 minutes. Clean comfortable Surburban had room for the four of us and our luggage.

Our driver, Toufik Hamizane was so warm and friendly. Aside from being a skillful driver in New York City traffic, he was courteous and entertaining. He made it worth the money we spent for a private transfer. Also a shout out to the reservations staff. Whether I called to confirm or for a last minute pick-up time change, they were very accommodating, friendly and professional.
