Great driver journey took about 45 mins he was so helpful and took us to exactly the right place to collect our rental car at EWR He was so nice and friendly and from Morocco - however it was a bit difficult finding him to start with but we phoned twice and he found us ! The staff at the port were useless !

Our cruise ship arrival was delayed for 10 hrs. Despite that, we were able to re-schedule and connect with our driver for our transfer to LaGuardia. It was seamless and a very pleasurable experience. This was our first trip to use Viator transfer arrangements and we would absolutely do it again. Great experience.
