Our driver was ontime, actually early, and waiting patiently while we worked to claim our bags and clear customs at the Manhattan cruise port. He kept in good contact with us during the process. he was friendly, we would use this service again.

Wasn't picked up. Telephone operator extremely unhelpful. She couldn't understand the concept that didn't have a mobile phone and had to borrow one to call. Nothing in booking info said we needed mobile phone and p/u car which apparently there was unmarked so no way of identifying car. Ended up take a cab even thou telephone insisted on emailing me drivers phone number for a phone we didn't have. Extremely unhappy and will email a formal complaint when I get home. Lot's of money for absolutely nothing
