Driver was very nice and car was clean — was only upset because we waited an hour. Part of it was the utter chaos at cruise pot - Pier 90 in NYC I paid 3 x what I would have paid for Uber or Lyft and expected them to be waiting for me.

None, disappointed there was no meeting place or time on ticket. If you are going to be picked up you should have an exact meeting place and time!
