  • The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I will be calling for a refund. Arrived at airport no one there. Called Carmel Limo and after being on hold for 10-15 minutes they said the driver wasn’t answering and I need to get my own transport’ation. I asked if there were other drivers and they said no. I couldn’t believe it.

Despite there being no availability of airport pickup, Viator allowed me to book an airport transfer. This is not the first time this has happened on Viator. Beware when you book a tour it may not actually exist so don’t get your hopes up. The company that runs the tour should take it off Viator or keep availability current. Also, Carmel makes you jump through many hoops. Why book online and enter your flight information in the first place if they aren’t going to book your pick up correctly? They had it scheduled for 1 pm instead of 10 pm like I entered. Once you book have to go to a website to “confirm”. And even if that information is wrong you can’t edit it. Then you also have to call to confirm. Why so many steps? Streamline your process. Don’t even try to contact them via email they’ll just give you another number to call. Terrible experience. Probably will not use Viator to book anything again. Fool me twice.
