Nothing memorable as the transfer did not turn up When contacted they advised a car had broken down and they couldn’t get a replacement When asked why they didn’t make contact the response was don’t know Solution offered was get a cab and contact Viator for a refund 👎😩

I am sooooo disappointed in this company. I had kept in contact with them several times throughout the week prior to pick up. I received an email 71 minutes before I landed on kauai to please contact them. I had not checked my email and arrived in kauai to later find out that they had no one available to pick us up. This company is a joke and I would not trust them. Don't expect your trip to go as planned if you use this company-stay away.

You waited until the day of my reservation to cancel it as I was boarding my flight with 12 people. We were stranded at the airport when we arrived for hours. The dispatcher was dismissive and rude as can be. A miserable experience and horrible start to our vacation.
