We were abandoned at the airport. No apologies from Viator. I called and was told “car broke down. . .find another ride”. Horrible company. Waiting to get my money back! Please don’t use this company.

You cancelled the pickup and when I tried to call to get alternatives you never got me to a human. Will be actively recommending people avoid CarmelLimo and Viator in future

Despite making this reservation 4 weeks in advance, the car never showed up. Called the vendor who looked it up and said they over booked and had no cars to pick us up. Very dissatisfied and vendor should be removed as an option on viator.
