The worst service I’ve had. Charged me then cancelled my reservation on the day they were supposed to pick me up. No one should ever use this service. Super unreliable. Complaining to my credit card company that this is a company that charges you without fulfilling the service.

They waited too the last minute to cancel our reservation! Left our party at the airport for hours trying to find another ride!

Horrible experience. Upon landing in Kauai I received a message that the driver had cancelled. My family and I were stranded at the airport for 2 hits waiting on a taxi. To date I have not received a refund.
