Flight delayed by one hour -unable to advise of delay, occurred when on tarmac. Transfer company made assumption that we were not showing and abandon transfer - did not check flight status. Tried to call company upon arrival - most unprofessional customer support on telephone. However, driver lovely
Certainly this was an excellent service, although our flight was delayed by 3 hours as we called the provided number the Carr took no more than 5 minutes to arrive , our driver I believe his name was Maurice was very courteous and efficient and got us to our destination safely., so very good job guys certainly would use this service again .
Driver was excellent and car very comfortable. Again Viator's instructions to confirm the transport was difficult, telephone numbers not answering, incorrect telephone number given on printed instructions.
