Collected bags rang number then tranfered to local caller told them we were at exit 2 phone call was disconnected. Had to ring again thought everything was sorted so we waited 30 minutes no sign of car. So rang back was told our car was waiting at exit 4 limo pick up and if we didn't hurry up we would be left. Got to pick up at exit 4 and the driver who met us was very courteous. The rest of the journey went well with the driver giving us details on San Francisco. I feel the confusion on the pick up point could easily be iron out if the pick up location had been stated on the voucher that was issued.

The driver was from Brazil for of information and gave us the scenic tour to our hotel.

The driver was on time, communicated via text with accurate information, and the vehicle was new and very clean. The driver also knew her way around the city and traffic. This was much more enjoyable than a taxi or shuttle service, and the price was very reasonable.
