The service was very bad. The taxi driver arrived before I called him, contrary to what was indicated in the instructions I received from Viator. Then since the passport and custom checkings took like an hour, the driver left without me. So the servece was not delivered.
When I called the operator, he argued that the driver waited an hour. But I could't care less since he was not supposed to do so, as I was supposed to call him once I picked up my bags, and only then show up and pick me up.
I hope that the company does not dare to charge me for an undelivered service !
Very disappointed as we were charged another 20 dollars waiting time. You knew the arrival time of our flight and also spoke to you the day before about this . You must know the waiting time that Homeland Security takes to process people and you obviously do not take this into account. We came straight out once we had collected our luggage and feel this is unacceptable and an unreasonable financial demand. We feel we should be reimbursed for the 20 dollars and would not use this facilty again for this reason.
The driver took us to the wrong location and we had to walk five blocks to get to the hotel we were supposed to have been driven to.
