Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

Drive to the hotel was ok but a booking through an intermediary with a voucher is not really comfortable. I would prefer a direct booking - so next time, I'll do it by myself.

I used this service to pick up my young niece and nephew. The service was not bad until the driver requested $15.00 more at the hotel which was near the White House. If I had not been waiting at the hotel, he probably would have gotten the extra amount. I asked him what was the extra charge for and he said he was just told to charge it. I told him that I had already paid for the service and refused to pay it. Next time, I will just use a taxi.
