It was a present for my grandson, he always wanted to drive in a long limousine. I payed 145 euro for that in advance! It took 2 hours to pass the customs. The driver waited 1,5 hour and went away. My grandson was crying, he had lived up to it. We phoned the taxicompany. They made no apologies. All they could do; send another smaller limo, after paying 60 dollar!!!. It's a shame. In januari we were to Lissabon and there was also no ordered (and already) payed transport to the hotel. This was for me the last time that I pay in advance for hoteltransportation. i'm sorry the next time a take a cab at the airport.
We had waited in Immigration hall for over an hour and on contacting Viatour we were told the limo had waited 90 minutes our booking had lapsed and we would have to re-book.......
Conflicting information prior to going, rang as told 24 hours before, told to ring another number (both long distance for us) to be told already done!
Pick up as planned, but huge tyre in boot, took up most of boot, our luggage (economy flight size) jammed in, we had hard top cases which I though would crack under the strain! Wrong vehicle for airport pick up
