Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

I had a problem finding out where they were located. I had rung them on my cell phone to be told ring a different number. i did but could not get through fully on my cell phone.. Then i used a public phone (luckily I had loose change in my pocket). Then i was told where to go but they forgot to say i was to meet them at lot 7 in the public car park.
Finally i found the driver and he was excellent in delivering me to the door of my hotel..

Booked from UK and had to phone USA prior to flight which is a small expense. Need 50 cents to call them when arrive in Washington. I lost my wallet in the sedan and it was returned intact which says it all. Arrived in luxury and comfort which says it all. Would use again every time. 10 out of 10.
