Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

Nice clean car, very courteous and helpful driver, but the car arrived over 20mins late and there was confusion about the meeting/collection point - a bit annoying after an 8hr flight.

The driver was nice enough, I had to wait for a bit outside the airport arrivals area for him. I was completely unaware when I purchased this Viator "deal" that I had to pay the company (the car company) an extra $20 on top of a tip for this.

So it didn't cost me the amount it cost I paid, it cost me over $90. I won't use this service again.

The driver was great company - which gets you the one star. But, I was dropped off at completely the wrong hotel. The driver at fault - or the despatcher? At that time of night, after a long flight, I wasn't going to get yet another cab to go across town; so I ended up staying where I was dropped, and paying two hotel bills. Not a good experience.
