Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

We had our luggage and followed the instructions but still had to wait. Then when our driver met us the first think he asked for was $30. He simply kept saying "I must collect $30." I was very confused because I had already paid for the ride and was planning on tipping the driver when we reached our destination a 20% tip which would have been $25. I refused to tip him before we even left the airport. He said nothing to us for the 45 minute ride.

My plane was scheduled to arrive at 3:45 pm from an international flight, but it actually landed at 3:25 pm and I had to go through customs and retrieve luggage. I called them at 4:30 pm and the driver picked me up at 4:50 and said I owed him $35 for the wait time.I will never use this service again.

The service was excellent. Upon arriving at the airport was given precise instructions via telephone and the vehicle arrived very quickly. The driver was very informative and gave us some good advice about Washington.
