Rang to confirm transfer and the man I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. The man who collected us from the airport said the charge would be 68 which included toll charge of 8 and a tip. We gave him 20 which he accepted so he was obviously trying to con us. Also we felt unsafe during the transfer as he was switching lanes regularly and driving fast.

Didn't realise the price didn't include Toll Tip. Would have been better if that was communicated.

Upon arrival,mwe called the number as directed. The rude guy on the other side of the line told me I was supposed to call 24 hrs in advance, and hung up! I did not see that anywhere in my reservation. I then called back to report the rude guy, and then waied about 15 minutes for the car, and still had to pay 17 in tolls, besides the 67. You'll be much better off getting in a yellow cab. Faster, no long walks and same price.
