Car arrived on time, knew the short cuts through the NYC traffic and got us to JFK in very good time. Driver was happy to chat!

Poor service. The driver dropped us at the wrong hotel and Carmel is not willing to return our fee. We even tipped the driver 20.00 before realizing that we were at the wrong place. We had to walk to our hotel with luggage in tow. I was very upset after booking a car to avoid such a problem. Never again. Next time I will use Uber!!!!!!!

Our driver was friendly and courteous. After a long flight, it was nice to get into a nice clean car and get delivered to our hotel.
