What can we say? Tom is friendly, super prepared, always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and works hard to maximize “your” fun time. We got to do things we hadn’t thought of (the stables at end of day were a highlight) and he made excellent suggestions regarding schedules, eating stops, and weather. Tom was helping us make scheduling decisions before we even got to DC. And, he always found ways to make it interesting for the teen-monsters too! Tom also saves you soooo much time and effort by already having tickets on hand for stops and is hyper focused on service to his customers. This saved us a LOT of time by not standing in lines or derailing our schedule just to be waiting to gain access to activities. His efforts will allow you to maximize the time you have for seeing things and not waste it waiting around. This alone makes him a necessity in DC. There is so much to do/see and Tom makes this happen with low stress (none of those arguments you see other families dealing with). And, as if these other aspects weren’t enough of a reason to work with Tom already, he has a wonderful personality. We all instantly took to him and were talking about our experiences like he was a close uncle we were visiting here. Again, simply amazing! Do yourself a favor and book Tom early; it’ll make all the difference in the world for your vacation.

Having not been to Washington DC for many years we decided to book a private tour to make the most of our limited time in this great city. Booking Tom and his amazing tour was the best thing we could have done. Tom picked us up at our hotel and took us on a day long tour of everything we wanted to see and more. His knowledge of the history of each memorial on The Mall and the area was just outstanding. He made each stop come to life. So much to see and too little time. Thanks Tom for a wonderful tour and all your kindness.
