My husband and I have been taking tours with Shannon for over a decade. We have been coming to Savannah for almost 20 years and have taken a lot of tours from various companies and independent tour guides. We have never found a more well-informed, colorful storyteller than Shannon. You will never find a more dynamic, flavorful, research-based tour company in Savannah than Shannon’s. Shannon is not just a tour guide, but also a preservationist of Savannah’s history.

Worth every penny! We took the 10 am tour and by 12:30 it was HOT, so it would be a good idea to take some water to drink! If you have your heart set on Shannon as your guide, you may want to call and confirm; our guide was Jessica and she was still fantastic! We learned so much and could still spend hours more in the cemetery!

All the times I visit Savannah,this is my first cemetary tour. My twelve year old enjoyed it and my two year old kept us entertained.Shannon was reliable and communicated with me regarding any changes. The tour was beautiful and rich in Southern culture. I would recommend this tour. I was pleasantly surprised to see the river flowing at the end of the cemetery.
