This was not completed! They were a no show! I called the morning before to confirm, all my correct information was there. I called that morning, they had my reservation, called local dispatch, they did not answer! I had to call an Uber just to get to the airport at 5AM!

I booked with a representative, she told me to call at 3am to confirm someone was coming. When I talked to the company the guy was rude and said because it wasnā€™t confirmed sooner(which I was never told to do), they would not be coming. He also rudely told me to request a refund and hung up. I will NEVER use Viator or any of their affiliates!

My pickup was scheduled for 6:30am and was confirmed multiple times. The driver was a no-show. By the time dispatch finally connected with him at 6:45, I was informed he was running late and could "probably be there in 20 minutes or so." Not ok. I understand running late, but it's your responsibility to let me know so I can make alternative arrangements to catch a flight in-time.
