The driver was on time. The car seat that was requested was not there. So, I wasn't happy about that.

All went well. I was relieved as this was a first trip and I am nonvisual. Trip route from airport to hotel was confusing for driver. The GPS took him to an address other than we gave him. After a call to the hotel, all went well. Return trip was uneventful. Both times the drivers worked well with us. Our incoming plane was late, but he found us. WHen it was time to leave for return trip, the driver was prompt. Both drivers are people persons and a pleasure to be with.

It isn't too bad to book this! The only thing viator needs to include is the airport fee or otherwise you have to fork over an extra $15 at the airport for the fee! Other than that the driver was really nice and talkative! He was also on time!
