Honestly this was probably the coolest experience that we’ve ever had as far as being on a tour in a new city!! We had no idea what we are getting ourselves into but it was so awesome, our tour guide Emzy was such a cool and fun guy to be around he had all the most interesting facts about San Antonio and we bar hopped around the city getting to know one another and had such a blast the entire night!! This is great for couples who love history, and just want to have an awesome time checking out bars they normally would not have if it wasn’t for this type of tour!! I would recommend taking us tour 100% even if we went back to San Antonio we would take this tour again LOL such a great night to remember!!!

Guide was very articulate and witty. The details helped us to acquaint the area with what we would have surely missed or the information would have lacked. Nice to talk with someone well versed in the area and its history.

We did the Straight Up tour and it and was absolutely fabulous. Emzy is a great host and guide, thoroughly answering any question you might have. Everywhere he takes you and everything he tells you about he can backup with research, photos, blueprints, newspaper articles etc. We learned so many things about the history of the Alamo and the Menger Hotel (among others) that you wouldn’t hear on another tour or read about on a plaque. The tour was very interactive and by the end of the night we felt well informed about the city, had had lots of laughs, and had made some new friends!!
