Robert was very personable, friendly and kind. His knowledge of the park educational, interesting and just what we were looking for. Robert gave us the flexibly to explore the waterfalls and hoke a bit. He spent the whole day with us and we never felt rushed. At the end he even suggested a place to eat.. it was a good choice! Thank you Robert and Crossroads for a great day!

Our guide, David, was fantastic. We had a great time! Lunch was okay. We feel the tour was a little overpriced. We loved that David had drinks and candy! Overall a great tour!
