Beware being charged for what you don't receive:
$25 for meet and greet as requested, but there was no meet and greet (another reviewer had same complaint so this is not isolated)
$10.17 for the tolls, but the driver took the Queensboro Bridge that is free (and took nearly 2 hours)
Ignored requested pickup time and instead used flight time, adding an additional
$18 for parking, but used the (free) pickup area outside the terminal
$40 wait time when we were only 5 minutes outside agreed time + 1hr (1hr is supposed to be 'free' according to their t's and c's)
Weirdly they also record video of you in the car, but when claiming we agreed to above charges were unable to produce evidence (as it wasn't agreed)
Charged unauthorised fees to credit card, requiring me to get a chargeback from credit card company.
Ignored any communications to address these issues.

If you haven't already, I would suggest reaching out to Jet Black again to see if they can address your concerns and possibly issue a refund for any unauthorized charges. If they continue to ignore your communications, you may need to escalate the issue to your credit card company or consider leaving a review on a public platform to warn others about your experience.
