The tour operator was to meet us at the designated spot at 9:00am on 6/30/19 but did not show up so we had to abandon our original plan. We had a party of six which includes an 88 years old lady on wheelchair. While my party waited for the driver at slot seven I went around the terminal and checked on every van parked there and did not find the operator.

Great way to see the best of Miami. 3 hour tour in private air-con van. Miami Beach, downtown, little Havana, coral gables, coconut grove, star island plus several stops for shops, cuban coffee, biltmore hotel etc. Alfonso was very knowledgable about the history and geography of the area and took us to areas we would never see on a bus tour. Great price for 4 people.
