We did a private tour in the afternoon, although it is normal to do it in the morning. But due to flight issues we had to do it in the afternoon. The tour was correct and the guide (Alfonso Velasco) very friendly. However, I would like to comment that due to traffic retention we stopped more than 45 minutes and this made us unable to visit the financial center of the city. Although the guide was aware that you could jump the retention caused by a works accessing another place. In addition, I think it would be interesting to enter the neighborhoods and make a stop (for example: worthwood), even if it is 5 minutes. I consider the experience correct, but for the price paid I expected more from the tour.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we truly value customers feedback. Just a few things to keep in consideration. The reason why we suggest starting Tours in the morning is to avoid traffic, your Tour was right at rush hour traffic, which starts between 2:45 PM until 7:00 PM, our Tour guide did not avoid the construction area just by the fact that downtown is part of the Tour, should the guide had chosen to avoid the area you would have been missing an important part of our beautiful city. There are external factors that add to the delay, in your case the drawbridge that connects downtown to Brickell (Financial District) was opened, it is difficult for us to predict when the bridge will open, thus you having to wait an extra 20 minutes in traffic, on top of the heavy rush hour traffic. Additionally Downtown and the Financial District are areas under heavy development (construction) should we be avoiding those areas just because of roadworks, our customers would be missing relevant areas, again another reason why we suggest early Tours. Most of the city of Coral Gables (Biltmore Hotel area) is a residential area so we do go inside neighbourhoods as part of our Tour, as well as Coconut Grove mainly a residential area. We hope in the future you can have a memorable experience in our city. Thank you for choosing us
