Private North End Neighborhood Tour

Overview
At Boston Foodie Tours, we are proud to be a multi TripAdvisor Award winner, and one of Boston's original food tours.

Our North End Neighborhood Tour offers a view of Boston's Little Italy from the perspective of our founder, a native Bostonian, with topics ranging from best eats to history to crime to movies, and personal stories that you can't Google! We've included some surprises, too, including FOUR sites that aren't what they appear to be, and two hidden gems in a very unexpected place. And, if you're lucky, you might meet a neighbor or two!

Note: We regret that we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions at this time. If any questions, please message us prior to ticket purchase.

Audrey our tour guide had a tremendous depth of knowledge. She entertained us with amusing anecdotes and stories and gave us so much insiders’ knowledge on the NorthEnd and it’s establishments. The eateries we sampled were amazing!! Each one was better than the next. Wish we were in Boston longer so we could do more tours with them!

Like peanut butter and jelly, college rounds and food tours are the *perfect* combination! Thank you for such a thoughtfulĀ review, and for including us on your son's college rounds. We're thrilled that you, your son, and daughter enjoyed the two-hour, private version of our North End Neighborhood Tour, and that you made lasting food memories, including your family's favorites: Monica Mercato's Best of Boston-winning Italian sub, and Modern Pastry'sĀ iconic cannoli.Ā  If Boston has won your son's heart - along with his stomach! -Ā we promise to have more best eats awaitin' should we have the pleasure of hosting you again.

Audrey was amazing. Loved the food, the sites, and the stories. My parents were locals and hadn't experienced most of what we saw. The timing of the tour (3 hours) was just the right amount.

And that's a wrap! What a wonderful note with which to end the year on. At Boston Foodie Tours, while our goals are many and varied, we accomplished two of them on thisĀ day: To demonstrate that food tours are intergenerational activities, and that our "best eats" tours are designed for locals and visitors alike. We couldn't be more pleased that you enjoyed our North End Neighborhood Tour, and - as revealed by your father - that your parents are already planning a return to the North End to experience a newly discovered restaurant. We hope that you and your family will enjoy your favorite tour discoveries during your next visit to Boston, too. Thank you for such a thoughtfulĀ review, and best wishes in the new year.

I set up a private North End neighborhood food tour with Boston Foodie Tours for my company's holiday outing last week and it was a hit! Audrey was a fantastic guide, taking us to many local gems that even our Boston-based team members weren't aware of and sharing fun insights into the neighborhood's history and residents along the way. You could tell Audrey had a great relationship with all of the small business owners along the way. She was also able to accommodate vegetarian eaters, which was important to us. Thank you again for a great experience, Audrey!

"We didn't expect THIS!!!" Your colleague's sentimentĀ at the tour's end is still ringing in our ears. Admittedly, we may have overdone it a bit, but our Italian grandmothers would have been disappointed in us if we didn't! It was a pleasure to host this small corporate group on a private North End Neighborhood Tour. We're thrilled that locals and visitors alike made delicious discoveries. We hope that we've inspired each of you to seek out more food tours whereverĀ your travels bring you, and that we'll have other opportunities to share Boston's best eats with you in the future.
