I made an online reservation with this company since nobody would answer the phone. They have such nice reviews I figured I wouldn't have any issues. This morning at 5am I was waiting for the car to show up and nothing. I couldn't reach anyone and had no contact from their driver so I had to take my own vehicle which is now going to cost me an arm and a leg because I'm away for 3 weeks! I just got onto the IM with the company and they told me that "I made the mistake". Really? Someone actually just said that in writing to me- to their customer who they screwed over? They're insistent that I will pay the full price even though I plugged in my entire flight detail and confirmation number. And they're telling me I made the mistake! LOL Pure crap!

Yes - clients make mistakes and they pay for them. We should all do- thatās what we learn as kids. Same with us- we ever show up late- ride us free. But enough said here. You come back in a few days.
