We were charge a large fee. NO car showed up. I called the number and they stated they did not have a reservation. I am calling AMEX to cancel. Need to refund my money

Late and unprofessional. The google reviews are pretty much all the same story too - late or straight up didn’t show. What’s worse is that he drove like a mad man to make up time which left us terrified and car sick. Do not book!!

Tried to cancel reservation made a few hours prior. Nobody answered the phone or returned emails. Had to dispute with credit card company.
