Went with them because we needed car seats and we were pre-charged for everything. Paid $24 each way just for car seats first ride we had no car seats ride back we had 1. Also paid $15 each way for meet and greet which never happened. Both ways we had to drag all our luggage to the car to meet the driver who was sitting in the car. Not easy with 2 young children which is why I was willing to pay $300 total for less than an hour of drive time. We use car service everywhere we go and this is the only time I've had anything bad to say about any service. I reached out looking for a credit for the car seats I paid for and they didn't respond and got no where with them.

first, My credit card was charged two days before my reservation was to take place. Second, their cancellation policy says refund will be made if cancellation is within 24 hours of reservation. I canceled 1.5 days before date of departure, but after several attempts my money was never refunded. Shady business-i wouldnt take a chance with this business.
