We arrived after a three and a half hours flight and received a message to say taxi was waiting but with no help as to where in any of the waiting zones, my wife has difficulty walking so I cannot go wandering around to find my ride. I will expect compensation on my return home.

We had a very pleasant experience for our party of 5. Our flight was delayed out of Denver so the arrival time kept changing. Our driver was in contact with me by text the entire time making pick up adjustments as needed. When we finally landed, she gave me very clear instructions on how to find her and sent a picture of her vehicle. Vicky was her name. Our return with Peter 5 days later was the same — text contact the entire time and photos of him and his vehicle. It was excellent service.
