They say they they watch your flight to ensure the driver is at the airport when you are but when flights get cancelled, they don't bother to call. Even if you call them, they will say it's too late to make any changes because it's within their 24 hour policy (because airlines always advise you of flight issues 24 hours in advance). They will send the driver anyways, admit they knew the flight was cancelled, and then proceed to charge you for the missed transfer. You can't get your money back because they hide behind third party booking sites as if it those sites are responsible for Talixo not calling or not performing as promised. Total scam. All they want is your money. Book through Viator instead. They work with more reputable companies and will reimburse you if the driver doesn't show as promised.

The driver was very professional and was waiting for us when we got off the plane. The car was very clean and new. I would have rated it a 5 except that it was very unclear where they would pick us up at the airport.
