Just perfect in every way. Honest! I know people hate to believe good reviews - but we were so very pleased we had booked this. We did not even need to make the call on arrival, the guy was there waiting for us - fabulous service.

excellent service, on arrival though flight was 2 hours late, Leon was there on exit point at SFO and helped me with retrieving my luggage and taking it to the car. The cars both way were clean and new. I was very happy with booking through Viator and never felt insecure. Leon also suggested which pharmacies to use upon my asking and offered to stop enroute. Though I wanted to get to my hotel at the earliest i declined but was very impressed by his thoughtfulness and help. Thanks Viator. Would help if you guys send emails as well a few hours or 24 hours before instead of asking people to reconfirm since payments have already been made. Often one does not have a local number in a foreign country and it would help to reconfirm and reiterate the booking via email.

For pick up at the airport, no specification of where to meet. Phone number provided as back up contact not picked up when called.
Huge mix up on pick up time even though it was confirmed the day before for return airport transfer. We were supposed to be picked up at 1130 but the driver thought 1330. Our international flight left at 1430. Some random Uber car was secured to transfer up. Concern over security and credibilty. Wouldn't recommending using this company.
