Our flight was delayed and we rang to inform them and were told to ring the next day when we landed. On arrival at San Francisco and were told there were no drivers available so had to get a taxi incurring additional expense. We then rang again to confirm the return trip and were hung up on. We made alternative arrangements but then received an email when we arrived in New Zealand to say the driver was trying to pick us up. Appalling service would not recommend.

Very kind and helpful. We had just landed from a long trip and were able to sit back and relax. He gave us information on the city and places to eat. Would recommend this service again!!

Really easy worry free way to get to and from SFO airport, the cars were clean and spacious, with friendly drivers who called as soon as we landed and the return driver arrived early at the hotel.
Thoroughly recommend.
