Shocking company. Passport control took ages and the driver asked which level and gate we were arriving at which we did not know. One minute after the allocated hour waiting time he had gone. Even tho I said we were stuck at passport. No refund so avoid

If you use this company and have paid in advance, beware your driver will not wait for you should your flight be delayed. On arrival at SF airport, no driver holding up board with our names (as advised) was to be found. Our flight had run about ten minutes late and unfortunately we were also held on the runway for 15 minutes thus a total of approximately 25 minutes late. We picked up texts from the taxi company which did not arrive until we were waiting in the arrivals hall giving us another pick-up area at the back of the airport but no taxi was waiting. I telephoned the company to discuss this but basically was told that we arrived late and they couldnā€™t help us, no apologies. Apparently our fault! They do not check flight numbers to see if theyā€™re delayed! We then had to make alternative arrangements at an additional cost. Great welcome to San Francisco after a 10 hour flight. Definitely would not book again or indeed recommend.

An appalling experience upon our arrival after a ten hour flight. No taxi and no co-operation from the Taxi office. Our flight was about 20 minutes late in docking at the terminal. We were told that the driver had been and gone. Wherever we have been taxis check on the flights. Not this one.Upon contacting the office we were told that we had been sent a text. This was when we were still on the plane. We texted when we landed to confirm our arrival. We cleared the customs really quickly with no hold ups and so the driver must have waited less than 20 minutes for us. No apologies from the unsympathetic employee (it was our fault for the plane being late!!!) and no offer to sort out a second cab. We were a group of 6 and needed a larger people carrier which we had paid for. We had to take two cabs at great expense with no offer of compensation from this company. Total let down and would not use them or recommend them Lesson to be leant avoid paying in advance if you can as they have no incentive to wait
