I booked a couple of days prior to my trip to San Francisco and my service was very good. As soon as I arrived, my chauffeur sent me a message to let me know where he was waiting for me, helped me with my bags and had a wonderful chat during the ride to my hotel. I even asked for him for my airport drop. The vehicle sanitization prior to my ride was a great plus.

I appreciate transparency when it comes to transportation fees. I like the fixed prices ELife offers, most of them way below any airport cab service.

Absolutely horrible. Left half of our party stranded at airport late at night. Customer service was rude. Should not be in business.
