Not a luxury sedan pictured! We were not met inside like most car services. We got a female driver, had to lug our own luggage. She showed up in a Toyota Hatchback. Having used car services several times for travel this was the worst. It was an overpriced Uber! I will go back to booking directly on Limo Services so I will know what I am getting. This company is a fraud. No water, no nothing just got taken for a over priced ride!

The company is listed as a limousine service Elfie Limousine and I expected to at least be picked up in a town car sedan if not something the equivalent to a Benz or BMW. I have used car services before with no problem as well as booking on Viator with no problems. From Viator I always got what was listed and expected. What showed up at the airport was an "OVER PRICED" UBER RIDE! It was a Toyota, small hatchback, not a sedan, and we had to store out own luggage. What the hell did I pay for? ??? I normally go to companies themselves to book my rides and select my cars but decided to book through Viator because I was already paying for excursions. VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT WILL PICK ME UP FOR THE RIDE TO THE AIRPORT! I normally pay 79 dollars for car services and get some form of luxury. I paid 69.00 for CRAP!! For what I got I could have used Lyft and got a ride for $7 since that's what they sent me...NEVER AGAIN!! SO DISAPPOINTED!
