Beautiful spa. Lovely atmosphere. Nice service. Clean, pretty, well kept. Great field trip from the city. Massage could definitely have been deeper, and in my opinion, the time of a service should not be counted in the time frame you have with the spa. Ie: 3 hours plus the treatment time. Having said that, Would definitely return!

I was overcharged for services which I did not buy with my wristband.When I Called to explain and ask what the breakdown for these charges were I was given a generic answer as to well they have to be yours because it is your wrist band. I was also speaking to a customer service agent today at 12:45 pm who refused to give me her name when I asked to speak to higher ups. Ridiculous!

Booked a couples massage for my wife’s birthday surprise with a governors island glamping experience. We were notified the night before that our massage therapist was sick and had to cancel our reservation? When I asked if my wife could keep a single massage assuming there would be 2 massage therapists. they kept me on hold for over 10 minutes probably scrambling for another excuse. And they said that was not available either. Be careful they must use an octopus to give a couples massage. Very shady will never recommend or ever go back.
