Wander freely through our signature wellness experience which includes outdoor infinity spa pools, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas and water therapies designed to relax the body and soul.

Treat yourself to an Italian tradition, aperitivo, where you can enjoy the bubbles of a cocktail while watching the sunset glisten over the city skyline, the dress code is only a bathrobe.

EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC!
This winter, guests can unwind while watching a live show unfold against the Manhattan skyline featuring fire artists, stilt walkers, light performers, and more.
Performances take place poolside on Tuesday and Friday evenings from December 15th through March 8th. The performances begin at 5 m and take place every half hour until 8:30 pm.

Such an amazing experience!! There was enough space that it didn’t feel crowded. Pools were the perfect heat for 30 degree weather. The views were spectacular of the city skyline. Every room was aromatic and soothing. My massage was easy to book and the check in process was a breeze. I will definitely come back!

Everything about our Sunset Experience was fabulous. We were a party of 8 friends from 36-64 years of age. Jessica helped to check us in, as did some other very professional and polite young women. The process was flawless. Thank you to Jessica and the other young women at check on for setting the tone! We were directed to the changing rooms, which were immaculate. We were given clean robes and towels and flip flops, locked up our valuables and found our way to the outdoor pool. The views of the Financial District and Freedom Tower were magnificent. We paid homage to the lost of 9/11. To me, the ammenities exceeded my expectations. QCNY Spa delivered on everything and comes highly recommended. The folx that maintain the facility could not have been more attentive or accommodating. Special Shout out to: Jessica Cam Kadeem Cristian E! You know who you are! TJ To the management: You have an impeccable staff. Everyone was working hard to provide a clean, comfortable and safe environment. Happy New Year 2025!

What was supposed to be a much needed and anticipated day of relaxation with friends and family for me (a mom of 2 young boys ) for my upcoming 40th birthday quickly became a nightmare….the girls booked me a nice surprise massage so to be cautious I removed my 10 year anniversary gift a van cleef diamond necklace put it safely in my bag in the locker ….the day was enjoyable and the girls and I had celebratoty cocktails throughout the day. (3 drinks for me from 1230-630pm) …we arrived around 12:30 and proceeded to make our way back to the lockers to change around 6:25pm….we were the only 3 women in the locker area as we changed out of our robes etc ….I realized my socks were missing but figured no big deal they are just socks….as we are dressing a cleaning woman was waiting in the doorway at that point my gf says I’ll put your necklace back on if you put on mine ….at that point. I was sitting on a small bench untangling my necklace from my key lanyard….I put it down on bench stand to help my gf put her necklace on all along saying I really have to pee! So look up there’s the cleaning lady in doorway hovering I asked her if she found black socks? She responded she didn’t understand English (I notice she has braces) I said now no problem I take 4 steps to the toilet go pee while the 2 other women I went with and same cleaning lady were still in the locker area…I stood up from toilet exit there’s a mirror and realize didn’t put my necklace on (45seconds it took to pee literally) so i immediately run to the one small bench where gfs were in doorway chatting and 2 women had just walked in I look at the bench and under it the necklace POOF gone in 1 Min flat!!! At this point we are frantically all looking for it including the 2 women one even helped translate Spanish asking the same cleaning lady if she saw the necklace …the necklace legit vanished…my one gf said the same cleaning woman had left the locker Area while I was in the bathroom and just had come back….now I’m super upset and furious we ransacked the bins of towels robes etc nothing …we ask for a manager who was more concerned with thinking I had it in my pocket or bag still to the point now I am crying and I dump my whole bag upside down to show her it vanished ….she then gives us a form to fill out for an incident report …she did not check this cleaning ladies pockets or bag still….I am just so disenchanted with my whole experience and this was my 1st time at a QC spa and will be my last ….if a woman can’t put her belongings down for a split second in a locker area ( which the employees know don’t have cameras) in fear of items vanishing that is a huge RED flag …this is a high end pricey place it should not be that way and one of us is an attorney and she said the way it was a handled points at it being an inside job - BEWARE and do not go to this place ….my local massage place has a little jewelry holder to place items for the massage and they never touch anything!
