The tour was amazing, Viator's service was terrible. Had a terrific and fun tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun and our Rockette was so sweet. However, actually setting a tour time and getting the tickets was very confusing. I called Viator twice and was told pick up the tix between 10 and 2 day of tour. When asked about scheduling a tour time, I was told you do that when you pick up the tix. When I picked up my tickets at 12:45ish, I was asked what time my tour time was. There was no tour time. Thanks goodness the Radio City staff was able to get us in all together. This was not run well at all. I will try to avoid Viator in the future. Again, the tour was amazing.

It was a terrible experience… I would never recommend this tour. Radio City should not be hosting tours during the Christmas show. It was like being in a subway walking up flights of steps looking at posters and a view of the stage ., it was a joke. A short video of the history .. the tour guide was upbeat. The people outside before you go into the building over booked .. we go there at 1:25 and had to wait a hour for an hour tour.

All employees were Friendly. Our tour guide was amazing. We enjoyed meeting a rockette. Viator was confusing on getting access to ticket. Need to make tickets easier to load.
