Please note during the Christmas Spectacular season the entrance is relocated to the Executive Entrance located on 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th).

Claiming our ticket was a little confusing, but once we worked it out the tour was phenomenal. To claim your ticket you went to RCMH and exchanged for a time to come back.
