RAFT ADVENTURE - Na Pali 1/2 Day Snorkel

Overview

On a 5.5-hour tour we will take you to experience towering sea cliffs & pristine beaches of the Na Pali coast. Our Captain and Crew will share history, legends and knowledge of local marine life. Encounter playful dolphins, green sea turtles & much more. Migrating humpback whales (Dec-March). Conditions permitting, we will get you into sea caves, under the waterfalls and snorkel one of the best reefs on Kauai. Choose a morning or afternoon departure; both include lunch, beverages & snorkel gear. Activity description

Rafting excursions can be physically demanding, bouncy, bumpy & lot's of fun. Participants should be in above average physical shape. You need to be able to climb a sturdy vertical ladder to get back on the raft after snorkeling. This tour is very adventurous, Wet, Wild & Wow! Be prepared for an exhilarating day! All water sports and or Na Pali are conditions permitting.

This was such an incredible tour! Captain Noah and Sky were amazing. We saw spinner and bottlenose dolphins, and a monk seal resting on the beach. The coastline is incredible and a must-see for anyone in Kauai. It's hard to comprehend the amount of jaw-dropping beauty there is that can only be access by boat or helicopter. So many beautiful waterfalls and caves. The boat ride can get bumpy and is somewhat physically demanding, but nothing the average, in-shape person can't handle. While snorkeling we saw a turtle and some cool fish. One of the guys on the tour saw a baby tiger shark. The snorkeling is an added bonus, but certainly not the best around or the highlight of the trip. Sky told us all about the history of the area, which was fascinating. He also had some of the best food and activity ideas that he recommended. I would highly, highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to see the Na Pali coast!

Incredible scenery, very good 2-man crew led by Captain Jake who demonstrated professionalism and concern for our safety while also sharing extensive knowledge of Hawaiian history and the geography of the area. Our excursion was late October or during “the winter season”. This meant a fairly rough ride, but Jake made it as smooth as possible with his expert boat handling skills. This was a physically demanding excursion in a small boat in fairly rough seas. Know that the “seating” is on top of the inflatable pontoons facing inward and requires hooking your feet under a rope and handheld ropes for stability. Those in poor physical condition need not apply as the tour lasted about 5.5 hours. I loved it (a fit 59 year-old, but my wife (also fit) did not care for the experience due to the motion and the fact that she was likely clinging to the safety lines more aggressively than necessary. We saw pods of dolphins close up and saw many fish and sea turtles while snorkeling. The scenery was beautiful beyond description.

Such a fun experience! Beautiful up close views of the Na’Pali coast. Love the smaller group size, our guides Jake and Noa were awesome! Be ready for a ride, if you want an easy ride down the coast this is not for you! Must love facing swells and speeding through the water. You will be sore the next day!! What to bring: towels, sunscreen, phone protector, wind breaker, anti- nausea meds
