RAFT ADVENTURE - Na Pali 1/2 Day Snorkel

Overview

On a 5.5-hour tour we will take you to experience towering sea cliffs & pristine beaches of the Na Pali coast. Our Captain and Crew will share history, legends and knowledge of local marine life. Encounter playful dolphins, green sea turtles & much more. Migrating humpback whales (Dec-March). Conditions permitting, we will get you into sea caves, under the waterfalls and snorkel one of the best reefs on Kauai. Choose a morning or afternoon departure; both include lunch, beverages & snorkel gear. Activity description

Rafting excursions can be physically demanding, bouncy, bumpy & lot's of fun. Participants should be in above average physical shape. You need to be able to climb a sturdy vertical ladder to get back on the raft after snorkeling. This tour is very adventurous, Wet, Wild & Wow! Be prepared for an exhilarating day! All water sports and or Na Pali are conditions permitting.

Captain John and Harry were fantastic hosts. Took my three teenage kids. They all agree that this is the best thing they have done. We have kayaked, helicoptered, airplaned, swam with manta rays, etc... on the various islands but this takes the cake. So much fun. The snorkeling is ok, nothing great, seen better, but a nice little respite. Otherwise the dolphins, whales, turtles, coast, narration, jokes were great. Thanks for a great time

The snorkeling was about 45 min and there wasn’t much to see other than a lot of tires and a few unicorn fish. If you are going during winter (Sept to Mar) bring Dramamine. We went on the dinghy and it was rocky but fun. Our captain, Jordan, was funny but focused on safety and comfort. The first mate, Jess, needs a lesson on people skills. When we got there, we (a group of 7 out of 14 on the boat) asked for life vests. Jess said that they only had enough for the 12 and unders. (2 people). What kind of boating company doesn’t have life vests??? We Saw plenty of dolphins 1000+ and two humpback whales (only for a few seconds).

The Na’pali Coast is gorgeous! I was hoping for some more rough adventure, as was advertised. A child was sleeping on the pontoon.
We were unable to go into the cave for safety reasons, but I feel like a more experienced captain would have done it. The snorkeling was too short and not great.
